pano.iove.org is a site to help you generate your own panoramic images.
A panoramic image ("panorama") is a single image made up of several others, usually for the purpose of creating images with a much wider field of view.

In summary though, the most important things to remember are:
- Overlap each picture by around 25-50%
- Try to rotate the camera on a fixed axis, instead of simply rotating your body
- Ensure no objects are in the near field to avoid parallax distortion
Other things to help include using fixed settings for exposures and white balances. But the most important thing is to have a try, improve as you go and enjoy making and sharing beautiful panoramas.
